The following rules generally apply to the shipping of an order.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday
Your order will be shipped on the first business day thereafter.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday
Your order will be shipped on the next business day. E.g. If you place an order on a Thursday at 17:45, your order will be shipped on Friday (the next day).
Orders placed on a Friday
If you order before 11:00 your order will be shipped the same day. Orders on a Friday after 11:00 will be shipped on the first business day to follow.
Our standard delivery promise is that goods are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from order. We however strive to keep to the above shipping deadlines as closely as possible.
What happens once we have sent your order for shipping?
You will receive an email notification from us detailing which courier service your parcel was delivered to and you are supplied with a Waybill Number. A website link will also be sent that you can use to track your delivery using your Waybill Number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your Waybill Number to become active for tracking after we have delivered your parcel for shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Generally, you should receive your order within 1 to 3 business days from receiving your Waybill Number. We however have no control over delays which may be caused by strikes, disasters and other circumstances beyond our control.
